Bernardo Pinto de Almeida, in an essay about some projects by Isaac Pinheiro, said "(...) they demonstrate in fact the consistency and the outreach of a creative project that today is inseparable from a new artistic landscape. A landscape that works, more and more, on the attempt to construct images about the very ruin of the multiple images of art ".
In this installation, the artist proposes the construction of a contemporary landscape on the modernist landscape of Mondrian, having as background the Art Deco building where Maus Habits functions.
On one of the walls of one of the inner courtyards and in between two doors will be traced vertical and horizontal iron lines, creating rectangles, whose interiors will be filled with implied landscapes, represented by common plastic shutters.
This proposal continues an earlier intervention that Isaque Pinheiro made at the Mupi Gallery in 2018, "Guarda-Luzes", under the curatorship of João Baeta.
